To avoid delay and assist us in improving our services please enclose a written statement with return(s) stating the fault. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend you use some form of registered post in case you need to track your parcel as we do not take responsibility of any misplaced items. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment. We shall endeavour to deliver the goods you have offered to purchase within 24 hours (same working day) of receiving your offer.
