To avoid delay and assist us in improving our services please enclose a written statement with return(s) stating the fault. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend you use some form of registered post in case you need to track your parcel as we do not take responsibility of any misplaced items. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment. We shall endeavour to deliver the goods you have offered to purchase within 24 hours (same working day) of receiving your offer. Your order will be delivered to you during office hours (9-5pm), Monday to Friday. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you, but general practice for delivery is 2 to 4 working days.
Orders are usually delivered by Royal Mail or Courier, and a signature may be required upon delivery. For larger quantity of orders we can arrange forwarding an agency.
